Welcome to our workout page! Here you’ll find the structured swim practices prepared for our club.

  • Tuesday & Thursday mornings and Saturday mornings feature workouts designed by Coach Dora, tailored to challenge swimmers of all levels and help build endurance, technique, and speed.
  • Workouts from March 2025 and earlier were developed by Coach McKenzie or Coach Joylin, and remain posted here as an excellent training resource and archive for our members.
